Mid Cornwall Clay Country Eco-town represents 'a new generation of low-carbon homes' providing a sustainable environment of 5,500 new homes along with community and business facilities on the site of a former clay works, with an ecologically diverse and distinctive landscape of conical hills and flooded clay pits.
As one of the six competition-winning architects, Studio Partington developed an initial pilot phase providing 50 detached and terraced houses, achieving planning approval in 2011.
