A civilised and uplifting working environment for Greenfields Community Housing, the building combines office functions with community rooms and meeting spaces.
The sustainability strategy achieved a BREEAM 'Very Good' rating and combined natural ventilation, ground source heat pumps, and concrete soffits that provide thermal mass and are exposed as part of the interior scheme .
The foyer and public areas contain specially commissioned artworks that celebrate the diversity and heritage of the local community.
