The building makes best use of a challenging and irregularly shaped site in several ways. Firstly, by maximising the opportunity for improved activity along its street frontage. The building’s base is also tall enough to accommodate two levels of light in industrial units, which elevate the residential levels above to such an extent, that their views will look beyond the adjacent railway line and embankment.
