This mixed use development will provide new purpose built dance and arts facilities for the existing community based Islington Arts Factory; as well as 18 new build social rent apartments. The proposals see the repair and refurbishment of the Grade II listed Verger's Cottage, of 1908, by Ernest G Trobridge and Camden Road New Church, with the reinstatement of the landmark church spire.

This new piece of urbanism will enhance the existing environment and achieve a high standard of design and architecture for the local community.

Islington Arts Factory was unanimously recommended for planning and listed building consent in April 2017.
