A naturally ventilated office arranged into two connected linear bars to form a south-facing courtyard. The building aims to reflect local vernacular traditions without resorting to pastiche. 

Following more than a decade of continuous use, Studio Partington have recently been asked to update and refurbish the interiors of several of these. Renovation work included updating all finishes and fixtures, doors and glazed screens, and at 17 Kings Hill Avenue included the recladding of two gable ends in wooden louvres.
