Friday news! Our Nottingham City Homes 2050 Pilot in collaboration with Melius Homes was named the Best Innovation winner in the Construction News Awards!

SP’s and Melius Homes 2050 Pilot project, commissioned by Nottingham City Homes, has transformed 10 socially rented homes into desirable, warm and affordable properties without any demolition.

The successful piloting of a scheme to tackle fuel poverty and climate change, while changing lives, has been hailed for its innovation.
