Working with Dacorum Borough Council

We are very pleased to announce our success in winning the Dacorum Borough Council competition for an 'award-winning flagship' residential development in the heart of Hemel Hempstead.

An exciting, ambitious and high-quality project, it will provide 100% social housing adjacent to the open landscape of Paradise Fields. 

The sustainable development will deliver 58 new homes improving the health and well-being of the families living within the community, providing energy efficient apartments based on a ‘Fabric First’ approach that assists Dacorum’s desire for zero-carbon developments. The three residential 'pavilions', respect the established existing landscape whilst providing communal amenity, play areas and habitat improvements.

The project will commence on site next year, with completion 2023.
