Telfer House breaks ground

Telfer House has stared on site with piling works progressing well. This new development, for Islington Council, will provide thirty eight mixed tenure homes in Clerkenwell, directly opposite King Square Gardens. Using an innovative funding model, private sales homes will cross-subsidise the 22 (60% of total) affordable homes.
