The first piles and lift pit core are in at Telfer House

Telfer House is a civilised example for providing dense urban housing. Inspired by the typology of mansion blocks, this modern interpretation is developed with a focus on generous family apartments with dual aspect designed to be flexible and lasting long into the future.

A series of independent, well-lit and accessible cores serve two apartments per floor and communal courtyard garden to the rear of the property. This arrangement creates a more private and intimate space for people to use and comfortable enough to even leave their boots outside their apartment door.
