Nick at The Andover Estate affordable workshop presentation

Nick Jones joined Islington Council Directors, Ward councillors, members of GLA and Osborne Construction on a site visit and to present our affordable workspace at The Andover Estate, 29.06.21.

Nearing completion, the affordable workspace represents the first of a number garage refurbishments to provide affordable community workspace/studios within the borough and the first completed part of the comprehensive Andover Estate Regeneration, that will deliver 199 new apartments/family homes, 500sqm of affordable workspace and newlandscape and play areas.
