Schools out for summer!

Prior to the lovely break over the Bank Holiday weekend, members of the office ran another successful Virtual Work Experience programme with Speakers For Schools.

Studio Partington are proud to be a part of this fantastic programme enabling those students who may otherwise not be able to access Work Experience and sneak peak into the Life of an Architect. It also opens up the accessibility of work experience to be less ‘city-centric’, so those who live further away or in a more remote area can have the opportunity to gain valuable career experience.

This is the third programme we have run with Speakers For Schools and we’re always in awe at the talent, skills and enthusiasm of the students! The students developed their skills in Site Analysis, Model Making, Drawing Floor Plans and Perspectives and 3D Modelling.

We wish the Spring 2022 cohort the best of luck in their future endeavours! See below how this years students would look to improve their local neighbourhoods, streets and homes and their 1:50 mini-mes!
