Studio Partington produced these guidance publications on behalf of the Future Homes Hub to help housebuilders, designers, and others involved in the development of new homes to understand the new Approved Document O - Overheating in new dwellings in England (ADO 2021).

The guides provide guidance on how to comply with the Building Regulations Part O requirement to assess and limit overheating risk in residential buildings. It explains the main implications of the new Approved Document and the interaction with other Building Regulations including Part L, K and M.
