Planning Application submitted for new residential scheme in Epsom
We recently submitted a planning application for a new residential development in Epsom, Surrey. Comprising of 31 affordable apartments and a residential roof extension to the adjacent building, the proposal adopts recognisable forms, materials and an architectural language that positively contributes to the ongoing development of East Street.
Studio Partington enjoyed working with Nuro Homes and Grade planning to develop a scheme, which provides much needed homes within Epsom, whilst redeveloping an existing empty building and reactivating Linton’s Lane pedestrian alley and linking the two neighbouring conservation areas.
