We’re pleased to share our Specialist Housing Showcase featuring some of our favourite projects delivering homes for later-living, supported environments for adults with autism and learning disabilities, and specially adapted houses for families in Local Authority and housing association accommodation.

• Mayford refurbishment to provide supported living for 5 adults with differing physical and learning disabilities – for Camden Council.

• Telfer House newbuild 4x ground floor wheelchair user apartments – for Islington Council.

• Windsor street newbuild supported living for 11 people with a physical and learning disability, who may have additional needs – for Islington Council.

• Andover Estate conversion 6x wheelchair user apartments, extending into garages – for Islington Council.

• Peperfield refurbishment to provide wheelchair user 6-person home with family members with physical and learning disabilities – for Camden Council.

• Great Arthur House ground floor conversion 1x wheelchair user apartment – for City of London Corporation.

• Derwenthorpe new build 4-person supported living home for adults with learning disabilities – for City of York Council and Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust (JRHT).
