Pear Tree Farm public consultation

Last week Studio Partington and Grade Planning Ltd discussed the design principles with Huntington, Staffordshire residents at a well attended consultation event for the development of Pear Tree Farm, a site at the heart of the former mining village allocated for housing in 2018.

The proposal is for 38 new homes woven into the existing landscape, retaining the farmhouse and trees, and introducing a pond for amenity and wildlife.

Studio Partington are hoping to submit an outline planning application in the Autumn. Thank you to the residents who shared their views at The Barns Hotel last week.
