Studio Partington are working on a series of master plans across the country for WElink Homes, a leading UK modular housing developer, one of the new innovative entrants to the housing market using rapid construction methods to help address the UK housing crisis, who aim to create 25,000 low carbon, mixed tenure homes per year by 2022. Studio Partington have assisted in the development of the WElink house type range, developed for the practical and economical use of British-produced light gauge structural steel frame, including producing a marketing brochure and masterplanning strategy.
