Barbican Estate cleaners' welfare consent

First planning approval for 2020! 

SP has received planning approval for a sensitive infill scheme, providing cleaner’s welfare facilities within an underused undercroft on the Grade II listed Barbican Estate. The proposal leaves the existing structure exposed whilst layering new uses, materials and structure to enclose different activity zones.
