Unanimous approval for Cotton Quay

Very excited that our Cotton Quay hybrid planning application for Royalton Group has secured unanimous consent by Salford City Council’s planning committee.

Studio Partington submitted the detail design for the Cotton Quay’s Uplands Quarter, which includes 189 new homes and a 228 room hotel.

We have enjoyed working alongside Studio Egret West and Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher and we are now looking forward to the next stages!
